African Digital Governance & AI Policy. An emerging profile at the intersection of software engineering, public law, public policy and international affairs.
Positioning
Building, step by step, expertise at the intersection of technology, law, public policy and international affairs, in service of African and multilateral institutions.
01 — Who I am
I am an African student and early-career professional. I am concurrently pursuing training in Software Engineering & Information Systems at IAI-Togo, Public Law at the University of Lomé and Political Science at the University of Kara.
This triple training rests on a conviction: Africa’s major digital challenges cannot be addressed separately by engineers, lawyers or political scientists. They require professionals able to understand the technology, the rules, the institutions and field realities.
My projects explore AI governance, digital sovereignty, data governance, digital public infrastructure and technology diplomacy. They are built as verifiable evidence of capability: documentation, specifications, code and analysis notes.
02 — Selected projects
Each project states its real stage — concept, research, prototype or development — and the verifiable material that accompanies it.
