02 — Problem

Polarisation and noise on social media make documented public debate difficult. Young generations have few spaces where societal topics are handled rigorously, with sources and respect for the adversarial exchange of views.

03 — Objective

To offer a structured debate space: inviting students, researchers, legal practitioners and public actors to examine major issues without sterile controversy, with documentary references and factual data.

04 — Proposed solution

  • A preparatory documentary dossier for each episode.
  • A pluralistic round table reflecting the different stakeholders.
  • Verification of statements against primary sources.
  • Multi-channel distribution and summary notes.

05 — My role

Conception of the concept and editorial line, drafting of the neutrality charter and the debate evaluation rubric. A personal initiative in development.

06 — Methodology / tools

A formalised editorial protocol (debate evaluation rubric), an audio/podcast production pipeline in a standard format and syndicated publication.

07 — Governance & policy dimension

The charter requires hearing stakeholders on all sides, forbids personal attacks and requires statements to be validated against primary institutional sources. The aim is to contribute to a civic and critical culture.

08 — Current status

Development. The charter, the evaluation rubric and the production methodology exist. No episode series has been published yet; initial productions depend on setting up the format.

09 — Evidence

  • Debate evaluation rubric (ethical rubric).
  • Studio and podcast technical specification (README).
  • Preparatory thematic notes (in progress).

10 — Roadmap

  1. Finalise the editorial charter and the evaluation rubric.
  2. Prepare a first pilot episode and its documentary dossier.
  3. Publish and gather feedback — schedule to be defined.

11 — Potential impact

Raising the quality of public debate among young generations, sharing legal and factual analytical tools, and valuing pluralism — subject to the effective regularity of productions.
